Transfers
Transfers are not included in the conference registration or in the hotel room reservation, and must be booked and paid for independently. You can book airport-hotel-airport transfers directly with one of the transportation companies available at the airport.
It is recommended to book transfers in advance (at least 3 days before arrival) and to reconfirm the reservation on the day of arrival.
Free shuttles will be available from the hotel to the conference venue and back, and these will be coordinated once all participants have been contacted.

The Ibis Styles Hotel is located at José Santos Ossa 2002, 1271680, Antofagasta Commune, Antofagasta Region, Chile, and is only 45 minutes from Antofagasta International Airport, which has direct connection with Santiago de Chile’s airport. The hotel is also just 4 kilometers from the conference venue.
